The juice was cold macerated for several hours. Then the fermentation starts with its own yeast culture in old Hungarian oak barrels of 1100L with a stable temperature of 11-14 ° C in the cellar. After the fermentation, the wine remains in the barrels for 14 months. They are closed with a reductive maturation of 24 months in stainless steel barrels.
