In fact 7 grapes in this wine and all from the same vineyard. So a field blend. Even more special, they are all harvested simultaneously. One grape slightly overripe and the other variety just not sufficiently ripe. Everything adds to the complexity of this great wine. The peeled grapes ferment in open barrels, without temperature regulation or added yeasts. After which the wine matures in old Slovenian barrels without any intervention, filtering or addition of sulfites. This wine is harmoniously balanced, intense in taste without pronounced, because of the many layers very complex and has a long finish. More than worth the money!

Gastronomy: How could I better describe it as Miha Batic himself: Zaria sets no limits on fantasy, in structure it is almost culinary excellence itself.
