Give Miha Batic Pinot Gris and he does something crazy with it !! He allows the skin to macerate in the juice for one week during fermentation. Because Pinot gris is a gray grape, it gives color to the wine and you get a light salmon-pink wine with an orange tint. A special bouquet of aromas somewhere somewhere between white and red with grapefruit, ripe pear, raspberry and roses. The soft presence of tannin gives the wine the necessary spiciness. A gourmet wine!
