Elegant white wine. Not that it is an explosion of aromas but so fine, delicate and harmonious. This Slovenian wine is made from the Slovenian / Italian (there is still some discussion about) grape: pinela, planting: only 54ha worldwide. Batic has always focused on this grape and sees it as the showpiece of the domain. 100% Pinela, biodynamics, no added sulfites, natural fermentation & 12 months of wood aging on old Slovenian oak.

Gastronomy: All kinds of dishes with poultry, rich pastas, well-seasoned vegetarian dishes, Asian cuisine & cheeses.
