"Les Petites Choses" is one of the estate's micro-cuvées. Made from a single grape variety, Tempranillo, and from a single plot, located in Fournes, above Siran, at an altitude of 400 meters. The work in the vineyard and in the cellar is carried out in organic farming and certified by Ecocert. Fournes is a large clay-limestone valley facing south, between 350 and 400 meters above sea level, where most of the estate's plots are planted. Not very sensitive to water stress, it is a late terroir that allows slow aromatic and phenolic maturation and gives the wines great freshness. The idea of ??the vinification, carried out completely separately, was to produce a round and concentrated Tempranillo, respecting both the grape variety and the terroir. Aged 6 months in American oak, it presents notes of jammy red fruits of coconut, roasting and liquorice. The palate is round and dense, with a good length on the wood.
