The Langhe DOC Nascetta GioIr is vinified with its own grapes from the Nascetta vineyards. The wine has a bright straw yellow color with slight greenish reflections. The taste is sufficiently intense with notes of ripe pear, citrus and light hints of exotic fruit. The result is a full, harmonious wine with a very pleasant and mineral aftertaste. Shelf life and preservation methods: The wine, if properly stored, can undergo interesting evolutions even after 7-8 years with olfactory scents ranging from mineral to flint and hints of candied fruit.
