Peel contact, natural fermentation, unfiltered resulting in an orange wine. Fresh, fruity, soft and elegant, just like unfiltered apple juice. The juice underwent maceration of the skin, seeds and stems in an open vessel for several days during the fermentation. The wine remained in acacia barrels for 7 months without filtering. A ripe aromatic wine with different aromas: spiciness, lots of fruit, floral accents and some vegetal notes. That makes the wine extremely versatile. Sugar: 0.2gr / l, acids: 4.5gr / l & alcohol 12.5% ??vol Alc.
