This Blaufrankisch is not what we are used to from Austria or Hungary. We are therefore much further north and less affected by the Hungarian lowlands. This gives us a much lighter version, both in color and structure. Blueberry, red cherry and a very pleasant spicy character from provencal herbs. Beautiful, fine aftertaste.

Gastronomy: All kinds of stews with paprika type goulash, breaded poultry, not too pronounced grilled dishes, all kinds of pasta with tomato, pesto or mushrooms & cold meat dishes.
