For those who love Sauvignon, this is a pleasant change. The Feteasca Alba adds a pleasant mouth filling. For the rest, the Sauvignon wine remains typified. Ripe fruit such as lemon, pineapple, porcupine and a vegetal touch (grassy) of the grape, but also due to the short cold maceration before the vinification.

Gastronomy: Fresh white with an aromatic character and a hint of vegetal, of course, works well with fresh salads, possibly with a young goat cheese. But also try asparagus, fennel or raw fish.
