Colle Serrone stands for the vineyard or 'cru' where the grapes come from. They are exclusive plots that excel in their geographical properties. Think of the perfect orientation to the sun, the good slope for photosynthesis and water management and a specific soil here, mainly volcanic underground, here sulfur. This soil can therefore be called very specific and cannot be found anywhere else in the world in combination with the right climatic conditions. All in all a perfect terroir for the unique grape Greco di Tufo. The result is top wines with an amazing finesse & complexity and long storage potential.
