Bottega Gold is a sparkling wine, Prosecco (Doc) Brut, obtained by the white vinification of the Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills. This area is close to the Venetian Pre-Alps, where the perfect climate prevails for this native grape variety. The vineyards are on a hilly area with not only a landscape of great value, but also a long wine tradition. These grapes are hand-picked and gently pressed in the winery. The must obtained is stored in stainless steel containers at low temperature to maintain its freshness. Then follows the fermentation in a pressure vessel for almost 40 days, at a controlled temperature of 14-15 ° C, with the addition of selected yeasts (Charmat method). The Golden bottle protects the wine from any source of light, making the aroma and freshness better and longer is preserved. Bottega attaches great importance to quality. That is why there is only bottling with an order and the Gold Prosecco never bottled in stock.
